Acclaimed jazz singer wraps her supple, velvety voice around undiscovered gems and her own soul-baring originals.
“The finest jazz singer to emerge in the last decade.”
The New York Times
Those who heard McLorin Salvant’s unforgettable 2015 Hop debut understand why we made her return as soon as her skyrocketing career permitted! Framed perfectly by a trio led by rising-star jazz pianist Aaron Diehl, McLorin Salvant holds the audience in thrall as she wraps her supple, velvety voice around little-known jazz and blues gems of yesteryear, French pop (she’s of French-Haitian descent) and her own soul-baring originals. Her concert draws from her Grammy-winning album For One to Love.
