Tania Braguera will be giving a public talk on Monday, March 4th at 4:30 @Carpenter Hall 013

The installation and performance artist Tania Bruguera (born 1968 in Havana, Cuba) researches ways in which art can be applied to everyday political life, focusing on the transformation of social affect into political effectiveness. Her long-term projects have been intensive interventions on the insititutional structure of collective memory, education and politics.
